| − | Trilby now yet again is going to meet Simone Taylor but finds out she has been killed.He goes to The Clanbrowyn Hotle and meets Lenkmann.He goes into the hotel and meets Professer Chahal Trilby Follows him into his room and meet Siobhan O'Malley but then Trilby is sent into The Dark World.He finds some Tranquilizer Pills and if he takes one he is sent back into the Light World.Trilby touch a painting by Matthew Defoe and then is sent into the time.Then Chahal Suprises him.Trilby obtains a match and uses the match on a smoke alarm a door opens and he optains a crowbar he then sent again into The Dark World and uses the crowbar on a boarded door he takes a pill and goes inside.He is now in the exibition room but he touches a chisel and is sent into a Historic Time.He then goes to the bar and finds Siobhan again.She asks him if he can go to her room he meets her in her room but then is sent into The Dark World he is encountred by Cabadath but Trilby defends himself and kicks Cabadath but in The Light World he kicks Siobhan out cold.He goes through her bag and finds a family history about the O'Malley Family.He goes into the Historic world again but returns.He goes into the Exibition room again and finds Chahal.Trilby asks him about The Unicorn and then touchs The Unicorn Inn's sign and is sent into the time and returns.Trilby asks Chahal if he can have is porcelein head only if he can some alchohol so Trilby gets some wine from the wine celler but find that Chahal is gone but in the Dark World he is dead.Trilby takes the head and takes a pill and collects body parts scattered around the hotel.He goes into the Dark World and attachs the limbs to a severed torso and then Trilby takes a pill and goes to the rooftop.He picks up a letter and is transported to the Historic world yet again.But then is transported to the Dark World and finds Siobhan again.Trilby gives her his pills.He goes to the celler and goes down a hole and touchs a stump for the final time he is transported to the Historic World and returns.He see's Siobhan then Lenkmann.Lenkmann stabs Trilby and he is sacraficed.Trilby dies and Cabadath kills Lenkmann instead.Trilby (Special Edition Only!) is then brough to life by Malcom Somerset.Trilby is then sent to an abulance and he finishes his notes. |

On the 28th of July each year, the day when the boundary between the worlds is weakened and Chzo can look upon the Scientific Realm, the Prince is given leave to roam free and take his revenge on all those who abuse the wood of his soul tree - that is, those who carve, burn, cut or otherwise damage the wood. |

Trilby is able to see the history behind the idol through flashbacks; the wood used for it came from Cabadath's soul tree, which was first felled by a Norseman, and centuries later used to build "The Unicorn Inn" and all its furnishings. Jack Frehorn, a man obsessed with the occult, later purchased this harpsichord and out of fear of the Prince formed the Order of Blessed Agonies; a masochistic cult devoted to fulfill the prophecies of Chzo. The harpsichord was then destroyed and made into a crate for the O'Malley Shipping Company. An African man eventually creates an idol out of wood from this crate, only to be killed by the Prince. Trilby's Notes is a game in the Chzo Mythos series. It was the third made, but the second chronologically.
Plot
The game takes place four years after 5 Days a Stranger.
